Satan Graffiti

I meant to blip a portrait of my pal, South African Mamma tonight. We had a lot of fun playing games, drinking wine and regaling each other with stories.

By the time I remembered it was 2am and I couldn't find my lens cap with both hands so I reviewed my muckaround shots with a 50mmm film lens. I was playing with depth of field and noted this doodle on SA Mamma'a well loved kitchen table.

Angry and focused,

She looks after and out for a lot of mixed up young folk. Her door is always open. And she won't mind the graffiti in the least.

But I am pretty sure the young person who did it will be in a better state now having come through her door.
