A late night!

Backblip

Bb and I invited some friends from my CELTA world round for dinner, only to remember that all of them are 'veggies' which gave us some 'food for thought' as we went off to the market to try and work out what to serve up!

It all worked out fine in the end and as some of them hadn't seen each other for years, I 'directed' Bb to record the the occasion for posterity, with me in it! Here's what we cooked up:
courgette, rice and tomato gratin
spicy peppered potatoes
carrot and sweetcorn crumble
spinach, peas and feta cheese salad
mushroom pate
Roasted red peppers and tomatoes
Then cheese, fruit and ice cream.
It was an even later night than normal here in Spain, with everyone saying their goodbyes at 3.45am! We're a tad tired today!
