Carbuncle in the morning light

Our town acquired the carbuncle award because of the really ugly town centre. The award actually went to John o Groats but they were offended and didn't really want it so we accommodatingly stepped up and took it off their hands.

I drive past it every morning and get stopped at traffic lights on my way to dropping off my son at school for 8:40. Looks like he's late again.
