Happy Birthday cake

It was my darling hubby's birthday and since one of the things he does best (and likes to do most) is cook, he made his own birthday cake. Got a bit of help from our little girl with the decorating, hence the 'Happy Birthday Daddy' inscribed with his actual date of birth (who over 21 wants THAT on their cake?!). We had friends over to help us eat this yummy carrot cake and all in all had a wonderful birthday celebration.
