Makita.... DeWalt....Rogers - all the best you can get.

Had my mate and his sidekick fitting the new double glazed windows today. What a laugh we had. Tradesmen can get the work done and have the craic to go with it.

Some gems from the day:

"Measure twice, cut once"

"Only fools and bairns see a job half done"

Me: "Are DeWalt's not the best?"
Roj: "DeWalt's are for DIY boys who think they've got a real tradesman's tool"
10 minutes later
Roj:"Killian - This Makita's shite - £280?! - done like a kipper. I used my DeWalt instead and it went in like a dream"

To the tune of MC Hammer's "You Can't Touch This" each day at 4.30pm they down tools and rap "Homer time, break it down". Superstar tradesmen indeed!

The other amusing memory is of how they call each other "Tam" - when neither of them are called that.
