'Borodinsky' sourdough rye and coriander loaves
Careful - still very hot!
These turned out well despite the batteries dying in my electronic scales half way through weighing out ingredients this morning. I guessed the amounts of treacle and, more importantly, the water by eye and consistency. I must be getting better at it!
I haven't sprinkled white flour on the right hand loaf because that one is for a friend who has a gluten intolerance.
