Porthole
I'm diving in the Sound of Mull this weekend. The water is a balmy 11 degrees centigrade, which makes it about 14 degrees warmer than the air. Warm clothes are essential on the small boat we are diving from!
This is a porthole in the superstructure of the Hispania, one of my favourite wrecks. You can hardly see the rusting steelwork because it is completely covered with plumose anemones and other life...
More cold weather diving tomorrow, then hopefully home to the lovely MrsCyclops - if the snowy weather doesn't close any roads on me...
