That festive feeling

I spent the late afternoon wandering around Clifton village in Bristol. It was bitingly cold and in the dusky light the pretty shops were glowing with sparkly Christmas decorations and packed with happy shoppers. There was a dusting of snow left on walls and trees and as I soaked up the bustling atmosphere I felt a real hint of that festive feeling. Certainly enough to pick up a pack of huge mince pies and bottle of mulled wine to enjoy tonight! Lovely!
