Laura's Christmas truffle
I've cooked a vegetarian Lunch for Laura and Sian, using recipes from Yotam Ottolenghi (who writes the New Vegetarian column in the Guardian).
Laura had been to a Christmas market beforehand and brought some truffles for puddling. They taste a bit like Christmas cake but with chocolate in their too.
The fruit gum on top refects light like a stained glass window.
