Antidote
to winter. Seasonings for a beef estofada (an Occitan word for meat stew) - crushed juniper berries, thyme and bay. My own recipe: other ingredients are lots of red wine, chopped fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic and carrots. That should warm us up this evening!
