broken, again

It's been almost exactly three years since I broke Storm mountain biking in Naseby. I broke her again last night. She has pretty delicate pads and they get torn if we go too far or if she goes too hard, or both. She's been pretty miserable today but will pick up and heal pretty quickly if the past is anything to go by.
