Thriving in the forest

I was quite happy today when I found these three beautiful species of lichens during my lunch break (from upper left: Platismatia glauca, Hypogymnia physodes and Cetraria chlorophylla). They were growing together on twigs of Norway spruce in the forest close to my office.

I was less happy when the camera claimed that the picture was taken 1970... I do hope the moderator trusts me more than the camera!
