procrastinator?

Should I call this piece procrastinator? An old welded steel thing that was painted with oil-based enamel. Yesterday applied new thick oil paint for a fresh look. Shot with iPhone with Hipstamatic app.

Update 28 Nov: renamed this thing 'protocol' as we were installing it in my exhibit for December.
