IM soooooo annoyed!

Im so sorry but im so incredibly annoyed, I guess this is against blip rules and all, but just feeling like letting of steam into the web!
Im a real couch potatoe, not the person running miles after miles but nevertheless let someone persuade me to join a gym which- oh stupid me and against my better judgement- I eventually did.
And guess what?
They-the gym, the company-run off over night and even took the whole equipment with them!
Can you believe this?
Im boiling no chocolate will help, not even my cigarettes!
Any suggestions about how to let off steam in an elegant way?
