Who says photos have to be good?

I spent the afternoon wandering around Princes St Gardens trying to get some original shots. I'd just got my new 28mm f/2.8 and 50mm f/1.8 lenses so I was looking for some nice shallow depth-of-field shots. During the day I learned two things: 1) I'm still too shy to take photos of random people, and 2) I'm not a great landscape/outdoor photographer (yet). I guess I'll focus on shooting smaller more manageable scenes until I have enough practise to move on to the bigger ones.
