Winter sky over Filey Bay

Filey Bay had a glassy surface today, reflecting the blue sky and clouds, following the early winter snow today which fell on the North Yorkshire Coast (and some way inland too).
After the prolonged last winter, I thought it was a real pain that the cold, ice and snow had returned, making everything twice as hard! It was freezing when I took this, but it seems we better get used to this weather as it's forecast to be here for a week or so. In one month, today would have been a white Christmas, and we would all have been happily walking off the turkey stuffing...
But I hope this is just a cold snap.
