Gadgets "R" us!

Well, saw the Mother off on the train back up North to sunny Southport after her week stay! It's been nice having her to stay while I've been too-ing and fro-ing to the Hospital.

Had a chance to play with the new Mini lens I bought for the I phone. The two lenses screw together which is pretty cool.

Not to impressed with the actual camera on the I phone 4 ... the subjects have to be very still and even more so when trying to take a macro shot ... but, saying that I'm quite pleased with the result (which is a mini cactus plant) ... I'l let you guys n gals be the judge of how you think the lens coped.

The lens for those geeks amongst us is actually the size of a 20p coin ... Amazing really ... the photo shows the wide angle lens as I was using the Macro to take the picture. Will try for a better shot tomorrow!
