Black Chicken Hot Pot

I have had a cold and been pretty busy lately so my blips are turning towards things i do daily. Actually the only things i really do on a daily basis are eat work and sleep. Since i can't take pics while i'm working or sleeping there are going to be some food entries in this journal.

This is the last course of a Black Chicken Mushroom Hot Pot meal. It was delicious!
In the middle of the table is a big pot full of soup and there is a whole black chicken in it.. When it starts to boil the waiter will add the mushrooms. After about 10 minutes of boiling them while you drink the soup you can start to eat them with your chopsticks. You can then proceed to add some meat/vegetables to the pot and eat them as they finish cooking. At some point the waiter will come to your table and take the chicken away. They bring it back near the end of the meal chopped up and fried. It tastes delicious but it's a little difficult to eat. Not much meat and a lot of bones.
