Cbeebies in bed with mummy

I'm feeling a bit up and down today. Hopefully a good sleep tonight will help.

The doctor says Aidan has another virus and she's a bit worried about the rattle in his chest. She reckons his constipation is due to dehydration from his virus two weeks ago. She didn't want to prescribe any laxatives but suggested stewed fruit, lentil soup and juice. Aidan's not a great drinker of water but we don't give him anything else as he always has plenty of wet nappies. The doctor said to give him juice as it's important for him to get fluids. He has managed a cup of juice today which is really good for him. We need to keep an eye on his breathing but hopefully this virus won't get any worse. Poor baby.
