Broken Boiler

Well here it is. A photo to start my new blog off and it turns out to be one taken today as part of a complaint that I am processing through to litigation. It seems even if you have a service contract out there, with some of the big companies, they still manage to let you down. They sent out an incompetent engineer disguised as skilled engineer who conducted himself badly and dishonestly. He didn't mention that he'd broken the boiler knob that turns the heating on before he left. Its been as low as 2 degrees here in London and I'm cold and off work with flu. I just wanted to thank him for his endeavours.
