Pretty, eh? Like flowers, except far tastier....

These little pasta sacks are not really pink though, I just thought that would be a nice addition. But they are pink inside - the filling is salami Napoli & red pepper, and they were delicious. Especially washed down with a nice bottle of Chardonnay Viognier. Yum.

Only just back at work today and already this week has turned into a week from hell, with HR being high on my Unpopular List, along with my line manager. Here's hoping the weekend will be better.... certainly Friday will be at any rate - a wine tasting at Peckham's in Glasgow, while Auntie J babysits... :-)
