Running for the Red Light
Another non-inspirational day.
More uni reading today. This time its biotechnology and what will happen when we, as humanity, manage to cure death. My posthumanism essay is going to discuss the treatment of the posthuman (mostly the android of the science fiction novel) and death. Lots to think about!!
We took the girls to a football match tonight. I'd never been to one, and neither had the girls. Child #3 got some complimentary tickets to the Carlisle Utd game, so off we went.
My brain is still a little disturbed by the last book I read, and adding geneology and biotechnology to the mix is definitely frying my poor, overworked mind to little bits!!!
Only 10 months to go, then I can slow down! (and maybe even stop for a while.)
For anyone interested, the picture is of the rear passenger side light from a 2002 Citreon Xzara Picasso,
