East End - where hearts are larger than greed...

Most visible in this picture is the parish church of Valerenga, fatally struck by fire in 1979, but during few years restored back to its old pride. This parish of Oslo also has given name to the leading soccer team of the capital, and a lot of supporters are to be seen in the church on Sundays. Not surprisingly, the vicar is also a loyal supporter of FC Valerenga, making him a highly respected man both in the parish and outside!
