Jamie and Tina have gone back home today and the house seems very quite here this evening no parties and quite quiet except for Aaron and I talking over tea.

I went to the Doctor's this morning as I have been breathing deep for a few days now and it has been waking me up which has been quite scary, the Doctor said "I have a red throat and my chest is crackly and I have a high tempertaure but she thinks I am run down and exhausted ...

Do you know what ... I have to agree with her, the Doctor said "Lots of rest" and guess what I am taking her advice.

So I am now chilling with a glass of red wine or two.
