Mug in a bush

Yep it's a mug in a bush. No I don't know why. But it was so inane I just had to blip it. I don't know what the rest of the text on it says; I didn't want to touch it for fear of dislodging it... or maybe for fear of catching the crazy from the person who left it there. I've seen litter but this is taking things a bit far surely? :P
