Cupcakes

On Saturday, I had my 'I've been in my house a year' get together. It was a very pleasant evening and my cupcakes were very well received.

Est, my flatmate (the baker) iced them for me. She had a happy hour or so playing with leaves to see which ones made the better chocolate leaf mould. Turned out that Bay leaves did the job best as they were quite stiff, unlike mint leaves, which flopped all over the place.

These are three that survived the feeding frenzy.

We were quite pleased with the results.

Chocolate mint; Vanilla and Vanilla chocolate.

Today was pretty much a day. I can't even remember what I did. Work. Mass. Disagreements.

Stress levels pretty high.

Ulcers and a cold sore. You know the kind of thing.
