Last Gasp of Colour

I guess the brief snowfall we had a couple of days ago was just a tease. Today we had frigid temperatures and a dump of snow. About 5 or 6 cm. And that is 5 or 6 cm more than we are used to dealing with.

Spent the day running errands, spinning in the snow (so much fun!) and watching the bundled up shapes slog through the wind and snow.

Once I got back home I saw this glimpse of colour pushing through the snow in the garden and the day was beautiful again.
