4 H Park

I have driven past this little neighborhood park many times. As I had not yet done a blip, I popped out of the car to take a look. Turns out the arch is kind of ugly and decorated with graffiti. I had to look up the name of the park. 4 H is more than a century old, a youth learning program based on agriculture.
