Dutch Oven Breakfast
Our scoutmaster is an expert cooking with a dutch oven, so this morning's breakfast in the historic Issaquah Sportsmen's Lodge was a "Mountain Man Breakfast".
The recipe is simple: one layer of sausage patties, a layer of hash browns, cover with scrambled egges then cheese, then bake for an hour or until done.
Delicious.
