Au revoir

Hadn't intended this as a blip - just snapping the family as they dispersed after a weekend together - but  my eye kept being drawn back to the way the dog has connected grandfather and grandson, contrasting in ages (86 and 22)  and in   light/dark shades but alike in their gentle hands and the affectionate gaze they both cast upon the dog.

Animals have the power to soothe and centre us and Casey has indeed the sweetest nature. In fact he appeared in another blip here yesterday.
