Twin peaks

We had an intense but very good session of Yin yoga in the morning. Immediately after coming out of one particular folded posture held for about five minutes, I had an inkling of what my body will feel like when I'm 95. The pay-off is that it felt positively youthful after about 20 mins.

In the afternoon D and I went for a wander along the south shore road, admiring many little twittery birds (long-tailed tits, coal tits, goldfinches, etc) and much impressive lichen dripping from the trees. On our return I just caught the last gleam of the sun on the mountains across the loch (Meall Garbh and Meall nan Tarmachan, if I read the map aright).

Then time for just one more huge meal before setting off back to Embra.
