Tangerine Hill

El Tour de Tucson is an annual event that attracts nearly 9,000 bicyclists. Part of this 109 mile ride is shown here at Tangerine Hill.

A telephoto lens doesn't do justice to the challenge of this hill. It is probably 3/4 mile long; on a bike after 50 miles it seems like it is five miles long.

Lois went home today, late in the afternoon after arrangements had been made for Oxygen in the home.
