Entry 171 - Keep on running II

How hot do I look? I joke of course as it is impossible to look anything other than rediculous when dressing to run in the dark, wet, cold weather! I ran 8.2km or 5.1 miles in 35 minutes...not too bad really! Thats Cononley to Farnhill to Cross Hills and round to Cononley again.
