Unexpected

Gosh but isn't light such an unexpected gift at this time of year?

I'm usually tempted to bedroom window blips in Spring but the light was brilliant enough this morning to offer that option. Sshhh - no-one told the scented stocks, roses and wallflowers that winter is yet to come, a few are still blooming their little hearts out.
