River Day

I branched out today and photographed some new territory :) We've had some dry spells and the river is down somewhat. It usually goes down some in the fall.

Sometimes the local elementary school will use it for a duck race fund raiser during the fall festival. One year it was pretty rough going for the ducks, not a lot of water for rubber ducks to float down river in. But they managed to make it to the finish line :)
