Stir Up Sunday

I used to make my own puddings and cakes, but latterly have Just.Not.Got.Around.To.It


Plus my lovely ma usually makes loads, one for herself, another for me and a couple for my brotherl, he gets requests from workmates...my mother's cake reputation reaches far and wide!

However I am feeling unusually festive (for so early in the year) and so set to yesterday with a large selection of dried fruits and a lot more alcohol than Delia recommends (3 tbs should be sufficient...MY ARSE!)

.... and finished the task today.

Done time is half six so I'll put the finished product on facebook with the others that were not blipgrade.
