T.O.B. = top of bridge

I realize I took pictures of bridges from any angle, but I miss a view of the top (detail here)

....or I could just say I didn't have any better shot for today.
P.S. this shot as many other missing in November are back blipped....I need to work on digging them out of my camera....I am so bad!
