Concrete behemoth

Spent a nice afternoon at the Flakturm aqua terra zoo with my son M and marvelled at giant turtles, snakes and crocodiles. One additional attraction is the viewing platform on top with its former anti-aircraft gun platforms shaped like Mickey Mouse's ears.

I could have peeked into my office in the towers in the background making use of the telescope...the upper connecting bridge was the scene of Thursday's blip.
