Winter Gear Intro 101

Dad wasn't up for the shopping trip to my favorite store, Blaine's Farm and Fleet. So I picked up a few things for him. He might be wearing these while he watches TV until he acclimates to our cold winters.

I'm so glad he's here. He doesn't look 85, does he?

We're off to Morgan's 1st birthday party this afternoon (Saturday). Dad wants to go too, which thrills my heart. He will be climbing stairs when we get there and back down again when we leave. This will be a challenge, but we'll take it one step at a time. Literally.

Per request I made some travel soaps as party favors for Morgan's party attendees. Happy 1st Birthday, Morgan! November 17, 2010 is how the front of the label reads. The back says, Handmade by Nana and for some reason I just love that part.
