Potato Gratin

This was about the best thing I did today - the gratin, not the blip, that is! Actually, I planned to blip a tasty looking gratin dish, fresh from the oven. But just in the moment when it was finished, the phone rang, I had to answer it, my husband took it out and helped the whole family to some of it...
Just in case you wonder: it's not mouldy, that is ewe's cheese sprinkled on top of it!
