...has been thrown-up by a honey bee.....announced a colleague today. Honey then.....but he went on to describe in some considerable depth the enzyme process by which bees turn nectar and water into honey......great.

Thankfully, I didn't drink the contents of the minibar which was good news on my liver health and my wallet.....one 5cl bottle of whisky is £6.20....

We're off up the east end of London tonight after work; the whole team are out together which is quite rare, they're good guys, so I'm looking forward to it.
