Walking Dead

This was me before we went on our daily lunchtime walk. It's not exactly a stroll and since it was absolutely freezing today, I made sure I was seriously wrapped up. Hence not being too crazy happy. ;) The first half of the walk is uphill the entire way, then downhill back. Its part of my gentle entrace into the world of exercise which will hopefully result in me being able to run without dying. It seems like a bit of a pipe dream now but will hopefully happen someday. ;)

It was also taken on my colleagues camera phone, hence the awful quality. ;)
