New butcher's shop

This couple just got off the bus in Kensal Rise and like me stared in awe and wonderment at the beautiful window display, set out like a Joseph Cornell sculpture.

I'd photographed Hagai, just over a month ago doing the renovations. Today the shop opened, selling organic meat from happy animals.
