Confused.

Problems with computer today, and when I went to make a phone call for help, found that the phone was dead as well. No luck in having it fixed until tomorrow. Later in the day I noticed that the phone wire was off the pole, so a truck with too higher load had caught it and ripped it down.
Had to go to town with R to buy a new shirt for a wedding, so called at the Mac shop, and found out how to fix the problem with my computer. Boy thank goodness that is OK. Just have to wait for the phone line now.
It is so annoying that we rely so much on phones and computers - feels like you have lost your life line - especially when you cannot get onto blip. How sad is that.
