All because the numbers make it possible, the wide roads make it possible, the relatively more strict enforcement of rules make it possible. Basically the pie is large and everyone has their share. Not the case in India. Therefore.

Is there such a thing as too much ice-cream? Too much Häagen-Dazs? Too much rocky road dazzler? Yes. Always a good thing to know.
