Sewing

I feel like I've been sewing all day. Napkins this morning, rosettes this afternoon and an advent calendar this evening. I finally stopped because the bloody presser got jammed.

A while ago my granny told me that as I can cook, bake, sew and do a lovely white wash I'll make someone a nice wee wife. Why did I bother with that degree? lol

It is my grandad's birthday today. I have chosen a lambswool jumper for him - I saw it and thought "ooh". But he has taken a turn for the worst and isn't in a great frame of mind. So grandadio I am thinking of you, on this your much anticipated birthday. I love you to high heaven.
