Changing Gear

Yes, it's my gear stick! I went back to Older Hill this afternoon, after the usual routine of kids, dogs and work, and got hopelessly lost. After quite some time I found my way again and then the heavens opened and me and the dogs got soaked, necessitating a change of clothes (for me) upon my return home. The dogs also got extremely muddy so it's bathtime for them!

While I was waiting for some equally wet children to get to the car (I took pity on them and offered them a lift part the way home from school) I took this shot. The orange to the left is actually a Sainsbury's bag.
