Autumn flavours

Autumn and the dark nights and cold wetness of it all seems like a good excuse to make big stews in the oven.

Which, in my humble opinion, is an even better reason to make mountains of sticky flapjack wth raisins, syrup and black treacle.
Criminal not to really!

The hardest thing is to photograph them fast enough. They start dissapearing befoer they are hot enough to touch!
