Take your seats please... Abandoned (Part 7)

Today I was back at The Alhambra as they where holding an open day for people to come and check out the inside of this lovely theatre. Again, technically, The Alhambra isn't abandoned but so much of it has lain dormant for so long, as these chairs prove, that parts of the building have to some degree been abandoned.

It looks like its going to be a long road to recovery for the theatre. So much needs working on but that didn't stop the public and enthusiastic photographers like myself from turning up in numbers. Many people where there with cameras and tripods clicking away. I was literally followed around by two of them it seemed as at every turn they where there clicking away behind me.

Took a lot of pictures and it was hard to decide which shot I'd use for my Blip but these seats summed up a lot about the place. I'll sort through the other pictures soon, set up a Flickr album and post the link for those with an interest.
