Where am I?

Hurried through this day. As an emergency, snapped this image while I was finding my way from the airport shuttle to the underground.

The hotel connections are super slow, had to try a couple of times to load this. Almost gave up.

But who knows or wants to make a guess of the city this is from? It's one of the European capitals..
